Apple has just announced iOS 4.1 for public release today. iOS 4.1 features will include bug fixes, HD Video uploads (over Wi-Fi), HDR photos, the much awaited GameCenter and TV Show rentals.

iOS 4.1 will be available for download next week for iPhone and iPod Touch.
