Make way Lion, here is OS X Mountain Lion 10.8. Apple has just released Mac OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion Developer Preview build 12A128p. It brings plenty of new features and apps on Mac desktop. Most of these features are the ones that are already available in iOS 5.x. So Apple is trying to bring it’s desktop and smartphone / tablet OS closer to each other.
To download OS X Mountain Lion 10.8, you need to have a developer account with Apple. If you don’t got one, you can sign up for a new account over at Apple Developer Center. It costs $99 per year, you get access to all developer tools and beta builds of OS X or iOS (depending on the type of account).
