Download Skype for Symbian from Nokia Ovi Store
Nokia has added the Skype for Symbian to its Ovi store which means that now you can download Skype from Ovi Store. Ovi Store makes the Skype app for Symbian accessible to more than 200 million smartphone users all over the World, for free, enabling them to make calls over WiFi or 3G, EDGE & GPRS connections. Having Skype of Symbian powered Nokia smartphones will allow users to make free phone calls all over the world, save on international calling and text messaging, instant messaging and sharing of images, videos and files using Skype messenger. Skype for Symbian beta version was introduced back in December 2009 and it then supported 17 Nokia smartphones. However, now the app is officially available in Ovi Store.To start with, Skype will be available on selected Nokia smartphones, list is as follows:

Skype will be coming to more Nokia handsets and Symbian powered smartphones from other manufacturers including Sony Ericsson soon.
