iH8Sn0w has released an update to sn0wbreeze 2.2 that fixes the iBooks issue. You can now jailbreak sn0wbreeze 2.2.1 to jailbreak and unlock 4.2.1 iOS on iPhone 4 and 3GS. iBooks issue has earlier been fixed with Greenpois0n RC 6.1.
