Well, moments after a security hole was detected, Facebook Chat is down for maintenance. Now Facebook chat is showing this message:

“Chat is down for maintenance at this time.”

This could possibly be to stop users from using the trick and access their friends’ live chat on Facebook. Another possibility is that Facebook may be working to fix this bug before it causes their users to go wild for security hole of such a sensitive nature.
