Comex’s iPad 2 jailbreak was leaked and it allowed some users to jailbreak iPad 2 iOS 4.3. Since it’s a major bug in Mobile Safari, Apple could release iOS 4.3.4 pretty soon to patch the bug so that users aren’t vulnerable to PDF exploit. Although the leaked jailbreak was pulled shortly after, it could be enough for Apple to fix the hole.

Apple is expected to ship iOS 5 this fall but considering the nature of bug that is being used by JailbreakMe 3.0, they might have to release an update with iOS 4.3.4 to protect the users.

For users who want to jailbreak iPad 2 iOS 4.3.3, and for all other iDevices users who want to retain their jailbreaks, it is recommended that you save your SHSH blobs. Here’s a guide on how to save iOS 4.3.3 SHSH blobs for any device, you can use the latest TinyUmbrella for that.

Comex has also urged users for the same:

Let’s hope the time limit isn’t too short… hasn’t been in the past but could always change. Everyone use TinyUmbrella and save 4.3.3.

Comex’s statement also hints that the official iPad 2 jailbreak could be released soon.
