Microsoft have released a video showing some great new features in Office for Mac 2011 (OFM11). These new features will be part of Office 2011 for Mac and include:

Sparklines in MS Excel 2011 for Mac:

It’s the visual summary of your data in Excel 2011 for Mac. Can be very handy to show trends in data and is useful to handle large amounts of information. This feature is already part of Microsoft Excel 2010 for Windows.

Basic Photo Editing:

This feature brings basic photo editing to Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint 2011 for Mac. You can perform the basic editing like removing image backgrounds, color settings right in Office 2011.
