Apple iOS 4.3 to Release by Feb 13?

Posted by | General | No Comments

Apple iOS 4.3 release date could be as soon as February 13, 2011 as numerous reports reveal. The rumor for iOS 4.3 release in less than 2 weeks time is based on following facts:

In-App Subscriptions to Support The Daily app

Apple and News Corp launched The Daily for iPad yesterday, the iPad newspaper. It’s free for first two weeks before you will need to subscribe to get it either for $1/day or for $40/year. Apple OS 4.2, however, doesn’t support app subscriptions so there would be a software update to add this feature to iOS.

Personal Hotspot support

With Verizon iPhone 4, Apple added support for Personal hotspot. Verizon iPhone was launched with iOS 4.2.5 and was later updated to iOS 4.2.6. Apple is due to launch iOS 4.3 for all iDevices soon and has already released iOs 4.3 beta 1, beta 2 and beta 3 for developers. AT&T is also said to be working on Personal hotspot for iPhone by February 13.

So, it’s very likely that iOS 4.3 release would be prior to or on February 13. Stay Tuned!
