With iOS 4 announcement and availability of iOS GM Candidate, jailbreak community has started working on jailbreak tools for iOS 4. iH8Sn0w has tweeted his intentions to update Sn0wbreeze 1.6 to jailbreak iOS 4. Here is the original tweet followed by screenshot:

So we can expect a tool to jailbreak iOS 4 soon and sn0wbreeze 1.6 could be the first tool to be available. There has already been a leaked image showing Sn0wbreeze 1.6 for iOS 4 on iPod Touch.
iH8Sn0w has already released sn0wbreeze 1.5.2 that allows you to jailbreak iPhone with sn0wbreeze in 5 steps. In other jailbreak solutions, spirit jailbreak tool is latest and easiest one that allows you to jailbreak iPhone 3.1.3 on new bootrom. Spirit is also the only tool available at the moment to jailbreak iPad. You can also use Blackra1n to jailbreak iPhone 3.1.2 on Windows and Mac.
