According to reports, Apple will eventually add support for personal hotspot in iOS 4.3. Apple has added support for personal hotspot in Verizon iPhone 4 with iOS 4.2.5. It is expected that iOS 4.3 build 8F5148b will ship with support for personal hotspots for all iPhones.
