Step 1: Download Take Ownership.zip
Step 2: Run InstallTakeOwnership.reg. Security dialog box will appear, press “Yes”.

Step 3: Right click on a Folder, you will see the option of “Take Ownership” in context menu.
Step 4: Clicking on “Take Ownership” will grant you full privileges to perform any tasks with folder and its contents.
