You can jailbreak 4.3.3 iOS already with redsn0w 0.9.6 RC14. Apple released iOS 4.3.3 firmware earlier today but it’s still vulnerable to i0n1c’s exploit. So, you will eventually get untethered iOS 4.3.3 jailbreak with redsn0w 0.9.6 RC15. But if you don’t want to wait and can live with a tethered jailbreak for iOS 4.3.3, you can use redsn0w 0.9.6rc14 right away. Here’s how to:

Jailbreak 4.3.3 iOS with Redsn0w 0.9.6 RC14 (Tethered)

Before you Begin:

Step 1: Update to iOS 4.3.3, if you haven’t done it already. Warning! Those who rely on ultrasn0w unlock should stay away from iOS 4.3.3.

Step 2: Launch Redsn0w and click on browse button

Step 3: Browse and select iOS 4.3.2 (not iOS 4.3.3) IPSW.

Redsn0w will now identify the IPSW and will display the options in next step.

Step 4: Select the options that you need, “install Cydia” is mandatory.

Step 5: Put your iPhone in DFU mode using instructions provided by redsn0w. You will need to:

  • Hold Power Power button for 2 seconds
  • Hold Power + Home buttons for 10 seconds
  • Leave Power but continue holding Power button for up to 30 seconds.

Step 6: Once redsn0w detects your device, it will process the jailbreak.

Step 7: Wait for process to complete, your device will reboot after it’s done.

Step 8: Since this is tethered jailbreak, you will have to boot tethered using Redsn0w 0.9.6 RC14.

That’s it!
